Refund Policy
This page summarises the payment and refund terms published in PRWireNOW’s Terms of Service. If there is a conflict, the current Terms of Service and the terms shown on the applicable order or invoice govern.
Before service begins
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact PRWireNOW Billing as soon as possible. Requests are reviewed against the status of the order and whether editorial, writing, translation, distribution or other work has already started.
After service has started or been delivered
Services that have already been rendered are non-refundable. The Terms also state that refunds are not issued after 24 hours of payment where the service has been initiated.
Unused service validity
The historical Terms state that pay-as-you-go services and paid invoices are valid for up to 12 months from payment unless a different validity period is stated on the applicable package, order or invoice. Unused service obligations expire after the applicable validity period without automatic rollover.
Subscriptions
Subscription terms depend on the plan and billing mode selected. Cancellation of an automatic recurring subscription stops future renewals according to the applicable billing-cycle rules; it does not automatically reverse services already provided.
