1) What day and time is the Power Women EXPO?** The Power Women EXPO will take place on March 21, 2025. VIP access is from 9 AM to 1 PM, and the general public can enter starting at 1 PM until 5 PM. **2. Where is the event being held?** The event will be at the Hotel Riverwalk in Downtown Tampa. **3. What can attendees expect at the EXPO?** The EXPO will feature over 70 vendors, more than 1500 attendees, and 20+ speakers throughout the day, providing a fantastic networking opportunity for all women. **4. Is there a cost to attend?** General admission is free from 1 PM to 5 PM. However, VIP tickets (which include access from 9 AM to 1 PM) are available for purchase on Eventbrite. **5. What is included with vendor booths?** Each vendor booth includes one 6-foot table, 2 chairs, and table linens. Vendors are required to bring their marketing materials. **6. What are the booth space dimensions?** Vendor space includes one 6-foot table, with 2 feet of common area on each side and 4 feet behind. **7. When can vendors set up?** Vendor setup will be available on Thursday, March 20th, from 9 PM to midnight, or on the day of the EXPO, Friday, March 21st, from 7 AM to 9 AM. Please note that the ballroom will have a hard close at 9 AM, and no one will be allowed in after that time. **8. What time do the morning panels start?** The morning panels will kick off at 9:20 AM. **9. What about the VIP lunch?** The VIP lunch will take place from 11:30 AM to 12:50 PM. **10. How can I purchase additional VIP tickets?** Each vendor booth comes with one VIP ticket. Additional VIP tickets can be purchased on Eventbrite. Is there a registration process for general admission?** General admission is free, but you must register beforehand to ensure a smooth check-in process.
