Welcome to the 8th annual Site Coordinator Symposium!

We are excited to connect, learn, and celebrate with you!

The 2025 Site Coordinator Symposium is presented by the California AfterSchool Network (CAN) in partnership with the California Department of Education (CDE) Expanded Learning Division (ExLD) and the System of Support for Expanded Learning (SSEL).

This year, the Symposium will feature sessions dedicated to supporting the growth, development, and success of Site Coordinators and Direct-Service staff. Additionally, there will be sessions on how Leadership can create systems and supports that enhance their success and overall program quality.

DATES & LOCATION

The Site Coordinator Symposium is offered in a hybrid model, with opportunities to participate Virtually and/or In-Person.

Virtual Symposium (1 Day Only):

• Wednesday, February 5, 2025
• The Virtual Symposium will be offered 100% online via Zoom

In-Person Symposium (2 Days):

• Friday, February 7 – Saturday, February 8, 2025
• SAFE Credit Union Convention Center in Sacramento, CA.

REGISTRATION INCLUDES:

Virtual Symposium Registration includes access to all Virtual Symposium items: Workshops, Keynotes & Guest Speakers, the event App, Community-Building Opportunities, and Virtual Evening Community-Building Opportunities.

In-person Symposium Registration includes access to all In-Person items: Workshops, Keynotes & Guest Speakers, Meals (Continental Breakfast and Box Lunches), the event App, Networking Opportunities, Partner Sponsor Exhibitors, Community-Building Opportunities, and Evening Receptions.

Please note: The Site Coordinator Symposium is dedicated to supporting Site Coordinators and Direct-Service staff in Expanded Learning and Out-of-School-Time (OST) programs. Tickets labeled “Site Coordinator” are available at a discounted rate for individuals serving in these roles.
